Choreographers
The choreographer is the creator and creative director of the dance or movement component and typically acts as a go-between for the director and performers. Choreographers are also often involved in the auditioning, evaluation, and hiring of dancers.

Dancers Alliance
There is a grassroots organization called Dancers Alliance that works with agents, SAG-AFTRA, and the dance community to advocate for positive changes in the industry for dancers. Their slogan is “The voice behind the movement.”
DID YOU KNOW? Dancers comprise 1% of SAG-AFTRA members, & includes specialities like aerialists, contortionists, and stilt performers.
